Acresis LLC is a transatlantic advisory company dedicated to advising Founders on growth, liquidity and wealth. Acresis has a portfolio of 30+ clients at any given time and has entered into an exclusive, long term relationship with the Founders Growth Equity Fund.
INSIGHT-DRIVEN
The fund targets companies with whom Acresis has long-standing relationships, which enables a deep understanding of the companies and their industries. Our disciplined investment approach drives returns while minimizing risk - e.g., technology obsolescence, hyper-valuation, exit challenges.
HANDS ON
Acresis typically works directly with candidate companies for at least 6-12 months before recommending them to the Fund. Acresis team members often serve as Advisory Board Members or other key leaders, and provide oversight and support to portfolio companies on a continual basis.
GOVERNANCE
Boards of Directors for these companies typically have 3 members. The Fund always gets at least one seat, along with the Founder and usually a company insider, such as a co-founder or CFO. Investors will typically receive Preferred positions along with all customary governance rights.
